Life has been a little crazy lately (see my previous entry for details...), and I didn't realize just how ready I was for a moment of calm and a deep breath.
Tonight, for the first time, Adam built us a big, warm, crackling fire in our fireplace. He turned off all the lights, and we just sat together and watched TV for a few lazy hours by the light of the fire.
The dishes are done, the bed is made, and the bathrooms are even clean, so it is truly ultimate relaxation time...
...at least until tomorrow.
